Yesterday I was delighted to visit Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks site to see upgrade work underway to prepare our local electricity network for a net zero carbon future. We have less than 1,400 electric vehicle charge points installed on Eastleigh streets today but over 18,000 expected by 2030. Good to see this local investment.
