Last weekend I visited the registration drive for Stem Cell donors with the blood cancer charity DKMS in Hedge End. I visited and was swabbed and registered as a stem cell donor in around 5 minutes. Three swabs and a small form. I did this to help my 10-year-old constituent Edward who lives in Whiteley. He needs a stem cell transplant. So please visit www.dkms.org.uk and request a home swab kit and get on the register.
