It was a real highlight to attend the Speedwell Court Awards and BBQ to say thank you to the all the brilliant staff and carers who look after residents there.
The challenges posed by the pandemic have been enormous, particularly for those working in the care sector. However, staff at Speedwell Court have risen to this challenge and continued to provide the very best care to residents with a smile on their faces.
I was honoured to join the residents, relatives and staff as we all made the most of an excellent BBQ and were entertained by a live band.
